AIIM Choices Plan Management support helps participants manage payments and invoices.  This allows them to focus on their goals instead of administration.

Here’s how it works:

  • You choose a provider and sign a service agreement
  • The service agreement is emailed to accounts@aiim.com.au
  • After receiving the service, the provider sends you an invoice
  • Once approved, you forward the invoice to AIIM Choices (accounts@aiim.com.au)
  • We claim the funds from the NDIS and pay the provider on your behalf

All payments are checked to ensure they align with your approved NDIS plan.

To access the NDIS, participants must meet eligibility requirements related to age, residency, and disability support needs.

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected SCV holder
  • Live in Australia
  • Are aged between 9 and 65
  • Under 9 years can receive alternative support funded by the NDIS
  • Have a disability caused by a permanent impairment.
  • Require disability-specific supports to complete daily life activities.
  • In need of support now to reduce your future need for support
  • In need of support now for your family to build their skills to help you

There is no out-of-pocket cost to you. NDIS Plan Management is funded separately within your plan at standard NDIS rates.
