In general, you need to:

  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
  • Live in Australia
  • Be aged between 9 and 65
  • Have a disability caused by a permanent impairment
  • Need disability-specific supports to manage daily life
