AIIM Choices manages NDIS payments and invoices, helping participants stay organised and in control of their supports.

Here’s how it works:

  • You engage a provider and create a service agreement
  • The service agreement is emailed to accounts@aiim.com.au
  • After receiving the service, the provider sends you an invoice
  • Once approved, you forward the invoice to AIIM Choices (accounts@aiim.com.au)
  • We claim the funds from the NDIS and pay the provider on your behalf

All payments must align with your approved NDIS plan.

The eligibility requirements for NDIS include:

  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected SCV holder
  • Live in Australia
  • Age 9–65
  • Under 9 years can receive alternative support funded by the NDIS
  • Disability caused by a permanent impairment.
  • Require disability-specific supports to complete daily life activities.
  • Do you need some support now to reduce your future need for support?
  • Do you need some support now for your family to build their skills to help you?

We take time to educate participants, maintain clear communication, and offer multilingual support so everyone understands their funding and choices. This includes the following:

  1. Core Supports – supports for everyday activities
