Daily Living Support We offer one-on-one assistance with everyday tasks at home and in the community, including: Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing) Meal preparation and cooking support Household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organising Assistance with routines and daily skill building Community Access & Social Participation Our team supports participants to safely and confidently engage with their community: Transport to and from appointments, activities, and events Support to attend social groups, hobbies, and classes Accessing local cafes, parks, shops, and recreational activities Developing social skills and building friendships Short-Term Respite & In-Home Support Whether it’s planned or urgent respite, we provide caring, safe support in-home or in the community: Overnight or weekend respite Support for families needing a short break Therapeutic activities and inclusive experiences Skill Development & Capacity Building We work alongside participants to help develop independence and reach personal goals: Cooking, cleaning, and budgeting skills Road safety and public transport training Personal goal setting and confidence-building Navigating social situations and routines Complex Support & Behavioural Needs Our experienced team is trained to work with participants with complex diagnoses: Trauma-informed and autism-aware practices Support for individuals with psychosocial disabilities Calm, consistent care for those with high support needs Respectful collaboration with allied health and families |
