Kristina E Support Worker

I’m a support worker with nearly two years of one-on-one experience supporting NDIS participants. But my journey in this space started much earlier.

Growing up, I helped care for my brother who lives with vision impairment and other conditions. That experience taught me empathy, patience, and how to truly listen. Over the years, I’ve also taken part in programs supporting people with disabilities and families going through similar experiences. Supporting others has always come naturally to me.

I hold a Certificate IV in Disability, along with current First Aid and CPR certifications. I’ve completed training in Infection Control, the NDIS Safeguards, and the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS). I also have a Working with Children Check, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and I’m fully insured and ABN-registered.

You’ll often find me on the road. I hold a full Australian driver’s licence, drive a reliable vehicle, and have comprehensive car insurance.
